INGREDIENTS:-
  • Wheat flour---------------4 cups
  • Maida---------------------1 cup
  • Pepper--------------------1 tea spoon
  • Cumin tea spoons----------1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder----------1 tea spoon
  • Beaten curd ---------------200 g
  • Ghee----------------------8 table spoons

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Mix all the ingredients except curd....
  2. Now, add three table spoon ghee and then add enough curd to form a stiff dough...
  3. Make the dough into small balls and press into puries and deep fry...
  4. Finally, coming the most easiest step.....just serve it hot!!!!
