INGREDIENTS:-
- Maida-----------------400 g
- Sugar-----------------100 g
- Milk------------------100 g
- Cardamom powder---1 tea spoon
- Saffron essence------- few drops
- Nutmeg(jaji kaya)-----1 pinch
- Ghee------------------100 g
PROCEDURE:-
- Boil milk and add sugar and cardamom...
- Add this milk and ghee to maida to form a dough...
- Now, divide the dough into small balls and make puries and fry....
- Finally serve it hot...
