INGREDIENTS:-
- Rajma----------------500 g
- Curd------------------1 cup
- Onions---------------3 no.s
- Green chillies---------4 no.s
- Coriander powder-----2 tea spoons
- Ginger----------------2 inch long piece
- Turmeric-------------1/2 tea spoon
- Chilli powder----------1 tea spoon
- Oil---------------------4 table spoons
- Garam masala---------1 tea spoon
- Fresh cream-----------2 table spoons
- Coriander -------------1 bunch
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:-
- Soak rajma over night in water with a pinch of baking powder...
- Now, boil rajma till tender and drain water....
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onions , ginger and green chillies till they turn brown...
- Next, beat the curd and add along with salt and rajma...
- Cook for few minutes , add water and bring to a boil....
- Add cream and garam masala........
- Finally serve it garnished with coriander!!!
