INGREDIENTS:-
- Mint leaves------------------1 bunch
- Coriander leaves-------------1 bunch
- Curd-------------------------4 cups
- Green chillies----------------4 no.s
- Sugar------------------------1/2 tea spoon
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:-
- First, grind coriander, mint, green chillies and a pinch of sugar to smooth paste...
- Beat the curd well and mix all the ingredients...
- Stir them well....
- Chill and serve with chapati or rice...
